Steven Pensa

Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in International Management from the International School of Management in Frankfurt and a Master's degree in Finance from ESADE Business School in Barcelona.

He began his career in Investment Banking at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group in London before joining J.P. Morgan, where he worked as an Associate in the Investment Banking Division. After five years with J.P. Morgan, Steven moved to Berenberg, where he worked as a Vice President in the Corporate Finance team. Following this role, he joined the Investment team of a global investment holding company, focusing on investments in private companies in Germany.

In 2024, Steven joined Capital A Investment Partners as a Senior Investment Manager in the Frankfurt office, where he is co-leading the firm’s expansion into the German market.
