Maurice Schouten

In 1993 Maurice started working for ABN AMRO Trust Company (Nederland) B.V.. After holding different positions as Account Manager, Internal Auditor and Assistant-Controller, he moved to ABN AMRO Bank Finance department in 2005, from where he was seconded to ABN AMRO Private Equity.

In 2009 Maurice left the Finance Department to ‘physically’ join the business of private equity that had been branded into ABN AMRO Participaties a few years before. After the carve-out of Capital A Investment Partners from ABN AMRO Bank, Maurice again joined the investment team, in a finance role and reporting to the CFO.

Maurice holds two Bachelors Degree’s in Finance and Administration and has attended various courses and workshops in banking and finance and personal development.

Together with his family, he lives in Hoorn and his hobbies are playing tennis, mountainbiking and music.
