Leonella Elizabeth

Leonella earned her Bachelor's and master’s degrees in international business administration from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. With six years of valuable experience across various finance departments, she has adeptly blended financial analysis and reporting with audit and controlling responsibilities, alongside other administrative and organizational duties.

Previously, she spent three years as a Development Manager at Korpodeko, the development bank of Curacao. Additionally, she served as a Senior Employee in Planning & Control at Curacao Medical Center.

Leonella joined Capital A's Finance team as a Business Controller in January 2024, where she reports to the CFO. She holds a deep passion for culture, music, and languages, cherishing connections to nature and people, and actively engages in self-development practices.
