Capital A invests in Pimm Solutions

Pimm Solutions, award-winning scale-up and market leader in employee gifting has attracted Capital A as its new majority shareholder for the company’s next growth phase. This phase will be led by the current management team, consisting of Rick van Nispen and Joost van Kalmthout, who are also major shareholders.

Over the past decade, e-commerce company Pimm Solutions has become the market leader in employee gifting. Customers include the Dutch Police, PostNL, Rabobank, Stedin, and Nationale Nederlanden. Pimm adds value by centralizing the gift purchasing process through one platform with employer-branded webshops and extensive integrations with purchase-to-pay and ERP systems. Leveraging Capital A's expertise, network and access to capital, the management team of Pimm Solutions aims to further expand the company and take accelerated international steps.
