Breens Network and QS solutions join forces

Breens Network and QS solutions have entered into a partnership to become the IT partner for organizations looking to accelerate and optimize their digital transformation using Microsoft technologies. The collaboration strengthens their position as IT and security partner in the Netherlands and abroad. The combination is able to better support customers in solutions and services around the security of Microsoft 365, Azure, and data. Together, Breens Network and QS solutions form a strong Microsoft partner.

Breens Network, a Dutch Edtech collective, is one of the largest Microsoft resellers in the educational ecosystem in the Netherlands, providing licensing expertise, system integration, managed services and inhouse developed software solutions. Consisting of IT-Workz, Educator, Progress Onderwijs, SLBdiensten and Breens IT-Solutions, the Breens Network collective covers the full range of educational technology, from advice, infrastructure and IT management to proprietary tools and platforms that provide operational agility to educational institutions and contribute to making the process of learning more efficient and more fun.

QS solutions is a recognized ISV and MSP in the Microsoft ecosystem and internationally active in the field of cyber resilience of organizations, ensuring that employees work as safely and productively as possible, regardless of their location or device. For this, Microsoft technology is used and in-house developed software such as the Cyber Security Assessment Tool (CSAT), PortalTalk, and Qare365.

The companies are transitioning from an education specialist and Modern Work and Security company to one company that can guide customers in digital transformation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), optimization, and security of the IT environment. Together, they will continue this in multiple sectors, including education, healthcare, local government, and small and medium-sized organizations. In addition, the partnership will enable the group to leverage its software and services abroad by using the existing partner channel of more than 800 partners worldwide.

Both companies have been active for over 20 years and have a large customer base together, with the possibility to broaden the portfolio with additional managed services and products. The partnership is a strategic move that enables the group to combine the strengths of both companies.
